Needed to buy a new (it's an unusual) lock for our security door and worried that it could not be re-keyed to our old lock, but Bill was able to re-key it so we could use our same key! The service was fantastic! Bill was very friendly and quick and easy to work with. Job was done in about 30 min and effectively programmed my new key. After a 5 hour ordeal working with our insurance provider to find a locksmith to help us get into our RV (after the lock malfunctioned and locked us out without our keys!) & 3 providers that either no-showed after committing to coming out or being completely unable to help us once they got here, our insurance provider located Bill at KwickPick after 10:00 PM at night.  He was immediately responsive, communicative and came right out to help us out.  He was able to unlock our door within a few minutes…so glad to have a skilled technician on hand.
