  I have been waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for my consumer cellular replacement phone which I paid to have warranty on when I started with that company and have had nothing but trouble and more trouble with the cell phone as nobody could ever understand the conversations even tho the rep's always told me you should have no problem with reception because we see your tower is very close by and over and over sim card replacements activation of new sim cards and still nothing so I asked for my warranty to be honored for replacement since I had included a warranty from my beginning service with consumer cellular and as a disabled senior who cannot walk and have serious fall risks while living all alone I still have not been sent my replacement phone and have been doing without any means of calling for serious help with my daily needs SO what kind of service is this from a cell phone company that constantly boasts of how great they are? What is a person to do with such incompetent customer services?

  I have never come across a company so unorganized and so unprofessional. I was locked out of my car after picking up food for my mother and I called key me to help because they were the closest locksmith available. The phone operator was extremely short and rude, clearly not relaying my message with a sense of urgency. I’m also 8 months pregnant, so this stressed me out even more than locking my keys in the car. The tech took 30 minutes to call us with an eta when they said it would be “just a few minutes”. That eta was completely wrong and an hour later, I call the tech to ask where he was and he insisted he was “right around the corner”. 30 more minutes pass and he finally shows up. $175 to unlock my car after two hours and a bunch of lies? I think no. Corporate will also be hearing from me. But I just needed to tell the rest of the world about this first. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM!
