This is a great hardware store.  They are generally well stocked.  The staff are super helpful and know the store layout. When I am in Neenah, this is my go-to store home repairs.

They say that they provide better service than the big box hardware stores but that’s not correct. When you walk in no one asks if you need help. They have a very limited supply and can’t even re key a lock. Your better off to just go to Home Depot. They have the stock and have people who like to help you!

It was my first time in there it was very clean and people knew where everything was that I needed a big parking lot of the people would help you with your stuff to your car I loved it you're nice

I was able to get screws and return my coat i bought.  The male cashier who helped me was not very polite and treat me respectfully.

It certainly pays to stay local for services, I have had great luck with Krueger’s True Value, I bought a snowblower 2 years ago from one of the owners, and recently it would not start, I called the service  area, they picked it up and returned it within two days and such a reasonable price for repair, honestly it is so great to have good old fashioned customer service!

While this is my go to local hardware store, I am finding it increasingly more difficult to find what I am looking for. Inventory levels seem to be dwindling and common items are often out of stock. Employees need to be more upbeat and helpful to keep this local resource viable.

Very helpful and had a pretty good selection. Some things are a bit pricey but they're more for convenience in Neenah.

Small engines dept Steve and crew are by far the best with my lawn riders..

Absolutely no help, no one has a clue what’s going on. There is no management, zero customer service. Don’t waste your time.

I typically try to shop at locally owned stores when possible... it's getting more challenging everyday.  Krueger's has a level of customer service mindset that is hard to come by anywhere else...and I've actually found several products that I use that I've noticed are not available at places like Lowe's and Home Depot on the occasions when I am in one of those larger stores.  I've used their small engine service center for multiple pieces of equipment, purchased new and used small gas engine equipment (lawn mowers, snow blowers, etc) from them.  To be honest, I really don't shop around for that kind of thing anymore as I've found dealing with a business I trust is worth the time I save.
