  I had a really odd key for a vintage motorcycle and wasn’t sure if a key could be made. They were extremely helpful, prompt and made 2 keys right away! I always use them when I need a key made they are great people and very professional.

  Extremely awesome, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable owner & staff. I stopped into their shop looking for a skeleton key for my houses bathroom door. I stopped in after visiting the library on a whim. I was planning to ask them if they thought they could ID the kind of key I would need from a picture of the key hole/handle or if there was a way I could measure it/size the key-way/lock so that they could identify it. Tim grabbed a key ring with about 9 or so different skeleton key styles and said "Try all of these out and see which one works and then we can get you one when you bring those back when you get the chance." It seems dumb, but it's gestures like that that I don't expect living in a larger metro area having moved from a smaller community. I could go on, but Krause definitely has earned a customer for life.

  I have been using Krause Key for literally about 20 years now. I have not once, been disappointed with the service they provide or their professionalism. Both are top-notch! I've taken key's in to be copied, locked in to be re-key, had them out to my rentals to bore new holes to install deadbolts, even called in one time to get advice as to how to remove the lock from my commercial building so that I could bring that in to be re-keyed. They're a great company! I'm not surprised to see that they have an almost perfect 5-star rating on Google. Keep up the good work!!
