Out of the three locksmiths I called on a Saturday, King's was the only one to pick up. We needed locks changed at our business and 14 key's made asap! The man who answered the phone understood my concerns and said he would have someone sent out within the hour. Fifteen minutes later our receptionist called and said King's was there and already hard at work! The technician made our key's right there on the spot for me after changing out our door, and the whole situation was resolved within an hour of my call! All for just over $200! Much appreciated king's team, we will be back!

Just bought a truck from Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls. They only gave us one key and did not know the door key code to get in. They told me to go to an independent locksmith because Ford charges way to much for additional keys/with fob. Kings did a wonderful job! Quick and professional.  Totally satisfied and great price. You won't regret using their services

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Their website states they are open 24hrs which they are definitely not. I called this morning, a Saturday, and after two calls with no answer on the third I finally get a person. I clearly stated that I needed a locksmith today and that the other places I looked at they weren’t open on the weekends and that was very inconvenient for me. I told the man, who never told me his name and was quite rude with NO personality or even the slightest idea what customer service means, that I have a ‘74 VW bug that is locked and I needed to get a new key made for. I told them that I was planning on calling AAA and having them open the car for me and I could bring in the door handle to have them create a key for the door handle and asked if that was something they could do for me and how much it would cost. He simply replied “yes.” I asked “can I get a quote on that.” He said very plainly, “it’ll be  $30, $40 if we have to….” And he trailed off mumbling. As I said “thank you” and he se says “thanks have a nice day”, I said “wait, what are your hours?” He replied “Monday-Friday 8-5”. I was confused and asked “wait so…. When I started and said that I needed it today and that the other places I looked into were closed, and then continued on telling you what I needed you never thought to tell me that you weren’t actually open?” The man mumbled something about “well we can come out and then have them key it there but then it’ll have an emergency cost added on.” At this point I have seriously wasted my time and obviously distracted this man from something much more fascinating, perhaps his nap. I simply said “no. Whatever. Thanks have a nice day.” I truly never thought that someone who worked at a security company who doubled as a locksmith would be this dumb, unfriendly, and unhelpful.

We do emergency work only on the weekends. Clearly you were in a bad mood before calling and you were the rude lady because of your situation not ours. Hope you get it resolved.

Kings is great! They are sure to get all the right information over the phone. Then politely ask how urgent our situation was (not imperative) and they were here in an hour took maybe 3-5 minutes to make keys at a very reasonable price and were gone! Amazing! Appreciate them so much!

Professional, Fast, Great Value and Price.  I had very positive experience working with King's Total Security today and wanted to let you all know.  My wife and I were going to take our old chevy truck for a drive to the lake, ... but the original ignition switch/lock would not turn at all.  I called King's and Tom's wife answer the phone, listen to the problem, and help assure me they could do the repair today.  They provide the price over the phone and communicated clearly when they could arrive.  They explained had a few other repairs in between repairs, called to give me an update on their arrival time which I really appreciated.  They arrived when the said and drove to our home to make the repair.  Although, it was after 5 pm on a very hot Friday afternoon, he quickly looked at the truck, let me know he had the parts in stock and replaced my old chevy ignition switch within about 15 minutes. We are very pleased with his work.  Thank you King's.

Because of my "worst case scenario" circumstances they were the only locksmith available to re-key my Volkswagen. I was told I'd be back on the road by noon. Of course after paying up front they took their time and I wasn't "back on the road" until around 2pm. I was an hour away from their location, but they were hired at 9am. Not friendly, zero compassion, Worst $838 I've ever had to spend.

It is hard to get to jobs like yours when we already had jobs ahead of yours. It also didn’t help when your a 100 miles away, most of your bill was mileage.
Lucky we could do it or your next option was a 230 mile tow to the dealership.

I thought all hope was lost getting a replacement key for my Land Rover. I was told no one but the dealership could replace it by another locksmith company that has been in business since the 60’s. On a whim I called kings (so glad I did!) and not only were they able to get me what I needed, but they saved me over $200 and 16 hours of driving to get one from the dealership. Thank you kings!
