  They do not program keys here, they clone them. Your car will see both of your keys as the same key. If your car allows you to program more keys if you have 2 different keys, then you will not be able to program more keys with a cloned key. You will have to have them clone more keys for a fee. No matter what the man behind the counter tells you, don't believe him. If you need a programmed key you will need to go to the dealership or find a better locksmith.

  Business hours are not truly respected. Said they open at 9:00am, but no one was there. Called the number and they said someone would contact me. It’s been thirty minutes and not a call back. On other occasions I went in at 4pm, but they were closed even though business hours say they close at 5pm. Don’t waste your time.

  I don’t understand how this place is still in business. I arrived at 11 am on a Friday and there was nobody inside, even though they open at 9 am. I called several times and finally someone answered saying they would be available the next day. I am here again after calling a fourth time to confirm they were open and was told I could swing by before closing. Not even 1 pm and they are closed again even though they don’t close until 2 pm. How professional.
