  My keys didn’t work (I’ve had them made at hardware store, too and they didn’t work - I’m thinking it’s the key) but customer service was prompt in responding to my email and issuing a refund.

  Rip off. Quoted a range over the phone. Showed up with no tools, just a few pump up air bags. Opened an interior door, “The simplest job,” he says as he walks up. Ten minutes later, tells me it is $200. Annoying. Don’t call them.
