  Last night we were locked out of our house due to a faulty CPI touchpad deadbolt. We waited for 4 hours for the locksmith, but he kept making excuses as to why he was late. The dispatcher, who was clearly in another state, gave us a fictitious number to call him back, so I sent the locksmith a text to cancel, as he was no longer answering his phone, and his voicemail was full. No response. We found a local locksmith who arrived in 20 minutes, drilled out the lock, replaced it with a new deadbolt, and also repaired a minor issue with the door latch. He was finished in less than 1 hour from when we called him. KeyMe is not a local company, although Google Map had their address less than 1/2 mile from my house. My advice - confirm the locksmith you call has a local physical address. There are a lot of scams out there.

  I made the copy of the key myself at Krogers. Worked great and so convenient. The only issue I had, is that the first Krogers I went to, the machine wasn't working so I went to another a couple of miles away.

  The key arrived in a well packaged envelope. But, the key is hard to turn on my door unfortunately. So, I had to switch out with my original from time to time.
