  Called about getting my key reprogrammed at 10am. The operator said a technician will call you back. Four hours latter no call back. When i called back they had no explination as to why i didnt get a call back and told me there was no technician. They had a 5 star rating but, The company has bad customer service. They need to fix there system. If no ones available just say so. Dont waste my time and hold up my day for four hours

  iLocksmith LLC was fantastic! I called and the tech showed up within 25 minutes. It only took him a few minutes to open a large wooden cabinet with a stubborn faulty lock. Very professional and knowledgable! I will definitely call on this company again for any lock issues.
