  My doorknob fell off and I called to have a locksmith reassembly the door knob on Monday and by Saturday I was locked out of my home due to the repair he did. I called the locksmith directly due to having his number. He lied and said he would call me back but blocked me o his phone. I used a different number to call him and I told him I was locked out of my house. I called the Company and they said they would call me back.. It's been two hours to be told the technician is not coming back due to him using a screwdriver.. I paid 90.00 for this service and this is how I am treated. The locksmith told me himself If you tighten that type of lock too tight it would jam.. That's exactly what happened to me, but they are not willing to fix what they did.. I would not refer them to anyone.. Bad Customer Service..
