  Called to get pricing and they asked me 20 identification questions before they would even tell me what it would cost to get a key cut and programmed for my car. Then the guy says he can't actually tell me a price, he would have someone else call me for that. So the locksmith calls me, with a "what do you want" attitude and when I tell him what I need he says he will charge me whether or not the key actually works! He literally says "I'm not going to waste my time and not get paid just cause the key doesn't work". So I hung up. Awful.
