  The process was very simple. The only problem for me personally was the fact that the machine is located on the second floor. It was quite a distance for me to physically get to. I think it would be more convenient for a lot of people, especially us old folks, if it was located on the ground floor.

  It was easy didn't have to wait for anyone or deal with someone who didn't want to help. There were different choices for patterns but I just wanted the regular brass keys they were for my mom's place for emergency for myself and my daughter who lives close by. But all in all I really liked using your machine. Thank you ❤️
