  I wish I could give this business negative stars. But had to give one. They installed a doorknob and deadbolt(also with keypad feature, which my father bought and supplied already) for my father, who is elderly and the lock doesn’t work key won’t turn and they ignored his calls for 2 days. He finally drove over to the store and they said they won’t come back unless he paid them again. Horrible business. Please make sure that you inquire that if they do something incorrectly they will come back at no charge to you!!! And get it in writing! Seriously unprofessional 👎🏼

  Not only did they do a great job with my locks, but their customer service was beyond excellent.

  The panic bar lock on our shop’s door broke right before I was going out of town. Kevin made us a priority and came out within an hour, took apart the whole assembly, found the problem, fixed it and put it all back together in about 40 minutes. Very reasonable fee and excellent service - I highly recommend to any small business in the area!
