  We set up an appointment at 9:30 AM. After several calls and reassurances that someone would be here soon, we did not have a technician come until 1:30PM. I had an appointment for my 20 week pregnancy and it was the first appt that my husband could have come to due to COVID and see the baby since it was our anatomy ultrasound. To some this might not matter, but this was important to us and he missed it because they were 5 hours late. Again, if time is not an issue for you then this business should be no problem. I can't imagine if you were locked out of some place and had to wait that long. Maybe this is standard for this line of care?

  Quick and easy, but a bit pricey for building key duplication ($10-13 per key style), but good quality (all 4 keys I duped worked properly, which is better than I can say for previous kiosks I used in a home depot previously when half the keys didnt even work). So well worth it when you want it quick!

  This definitely is 5-stars when it comes to convenience. The only issue is they need your fingerprint to save your keys for future use. A PIN seems to work great for everything else, so like, why fingerprints? Other than that, it’s faster and makes cleaner cut keys than MinuteKey
