The key was almost an exact duplicate but a tiny Ridge made it unable to turn the lock. The response by the company was extremely efficient and cooperative, refund was immediately issued to my credit card. I believe most of the time they would have a satisfactory product and I am looking forward to trying it again if future..

the machine duplicated my very basic front door house key. It was easy. More options were available but I only needed one additional key for the house. The price was about 3 times higher than if I went to the hardware store, so next time, I can forgo the convenience of the machine at the grocery store and drop by the hardware store.
