  Fast and easy service. The kiosk was hidden behind the lottery stand so I had trouble finding it. As soon as you walk in to the 7-Eleven, it is on your left of the entrance (outside looking in). The kiosk was easy to go through and you didn't have to take your keys off the your keychain.

  A simple and quick procedure, appears to work most of the time. A caveat: do not expect the automatic system to be infallible! A somewhat less common type of a key may not be identified correctly by the scanner. I had that problem, but it was "solved" very quickly (by means of a refund).

  We locked ourselves out of our condo 10 days ago. The technician was fast and friendly, and seemed to try all his tricks, but decided to take out our doorknobs (to our exterior door) after about 15-20 minutes to get us in. He didn't have what he needed on hand to replace the knobs, so said he'd be back the next day and charged us upwards of $160 for the total job (in cash, some alleged discount, no receipt). He stopped by the next day, but once again had the wrong parts. I told him that if he wasn't going to finish, to let me know and I'd take care of it another way, but he insisted he was just busy. I kept trying to get him to come another time when he was in our area--with COVID, we were home and available almost all day--but he ghosted me.
