  They arrived about 10 minutes earlier than estimated for a total of about a 35 minute wait. Unlocked my car in under a minute. They asked for my card information prior to dispatching the locksmith which made me skeptical, but they showed up as promised. While I hope I never need a reason to call them again, I would certainly do so if needed.

  The new key unlocks the deadbolt but not the actual door. So it halfway works
