Excellent deal, excellent service and quality result. Shane was able to cut the keyfob, transfer the transponder and remote components and test the key confirming functionality. Did an excellent job providing a functional product that initially appears top quality. Thank you!!!!

This store has the worst customer service. I have a Duracell motorcycle battery, which has given me numerous issues. I brought my battery ( which was under warranty) to this location for testing. I told the representative that after 3-4 days the battery is dead. The store tested it , tells me no issue with the battery. 2 weeks later I am @ this store again for another battery test on the same battery. Now this being my second time with the same battery issue, the representative informed me if this happens again, we will exchange it. He told me this because the expiration on the battery warranty was approaching. The battery failed again. 3rd trip back to the store for an exchange. I was told no exchange , because I couldn't remember the employee 's name who told me of the exchange circumstances. This is beyond pathetic for customer service. Garbage batteries that they will not stand behind.. it should have been exchanged on the 2nd test. I am confused on what is worse, not honoring your warranties, or not honoring what an employee told a customer. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Ryan, In reviewing purchase records, the battery was outside of the warranty period by approximately 4-months. As warranty coverage would not apply, replacement options are available. Thank you.
