I was able to log in into my account at the kiosk inside Ralph’s, and cut a new key on the spot from the keys I saved in my profile. Really cool, however, I had tried this a month ago when I was locked out(!), and unfortunately I was unable to log in at that time. I had the app (for years) for just this kind of emergency, so this was a total fail. Later, I wrote emails and called customer service several times. Days later I finally got a rude rep who gave me terrible service and the wrong info. After more days and several more phone calls I finally got a rep who explained the actual issue, so I gave it one more try. Glad it worked on this “test” key...just hope it works next time. I would give the experience a 5 star rating for this experience, but I took off 2 stars for the failed attempt and the awful customer service follow up. That said, this would be incredibly convenient if I could rely on it working next time I need it.

I needed to get spare keys made but it’s one of those errands I never think about until it’s too late. I was grocery shopping one morning and noticed the KeyMe nachine. I figured since I was there and needed spare keys, I’d try it. The directions were easy and the entire experience took under 5 minutes. This is a great option for someone who doesn’t have time for one more errand.

I made a copy of my work batch. I like how the copy I received is almost the size of a quarter which fits perfectly behind my cellphone case which means I'll never forget my batch cause i never forget my phone which makes me a very happy customer, thank you key me
