  Somehow I got a bottle opener key. When I explained to customer service they immediately resolved the problem. All the keys I made work perfectly.

  I called and they say they are 24 hours and they are NOT. They could not help me until 14 hours later and the next day. They should not offer 24 hour services when they cannot.

  Kiosk very easy to use inside of Lucky at the front of store. Makes copies of almost any key, except for a car fob the kiosk refers you to a local locksmith. Completely automated self assisted machine. User friendly and even will store you key information in its memory bank-in case you ever get locked out of wherever it may be. Kind of a cool feature but a bit scary at the same time. Great price, quick, and even choose a specific design, for an extra fee of course. Convenient location. Will use again!!!
