  It took so long for them to respond threw the app, & the quotes were from $154.00-to-$310.00looked up the cost of the lock $6.39w/shp. & did it my self. Thank you.

  Thanks for your review however, please allow me to clarify a few things: 1) I double checked both Google and Yelp but you never contacted me through an app. 2) I’ve NEVER given such a price quote for replacing a mailbox lock. You must have gotten that information from someone else. 3) I’m happy for you that you were able to replace your lock yourself.   The owner Mike neglected to disclose “Service Call Charge” up front. He showed up, spent 45 min doing job. $120 ok, But Hits me with $59 Service Call fee? He omitted this up front on The initial call. He said he was in San Rafael and on his way back to Novato and would stop by. He never said it would cost $59 to stop by. When given the opportunity to correct this and make good he declined and hung up on me. Local Consumers beware!
