Small little kiosk you just walk up to right by the entrance. Was super fast and the key works perfectly. Very happy for the price too.

The mail to option was great as I was making it for someone else and could have it sent directly to them. This kind of key is difficult to find a locksmith that will do it.

Horrible customer service, I called and ask if they can do a key copy for me, he said no sorry and hang out the phone.
