  Needed to get a replacement car key for my car key. They were very kind and professional over the phone. Once I came into the store, they helped me right away and had me on my way! Haven't had any problems with the key since, but if I did, they said I could call them and they'd take care of it. Very pleased with the service and quality.

  This was probably the worst experience of any service company that I have used in n my entire life. He took advantage and absolutely ripped me off. I had called because the lock was not working (so I thought), and it turns out there was nothing ever wrong with the lock. He just had to put the handle together and turn the knob to reset it. After 90 seconds of feeling silly for not trying that before, the owner Antonio proceeded to charge me $235. No repair, no parts, just a straight rip off. He then proceeded to insult me over the phone and would not leave the house. I was almost forced to call the police. But after receiving threats and texts, I paid him so they could just leave. In the end, my only advice is NEVER call This locksmith.

  Very professional and knowledgeable. Came out to our business in a time of great need without any excuses. Next day took care of our personal residence again on a last minute call. Their prices are very good. A very reliable locksmith to keep in your rolodex.
