  Was locked out of my apartment and called for a rough quote. The person on the phone led me to believe it would be around $200ish at most. When the locksmith got to my complex he spent no more than 10 minutes working on the door and opened it by wedging it open, not even touching the lock. In the end his price came out to $462 because of a “late night fee”, which i was not made aware of over the phone. I had someone call after it was all over and they asked about extra fees to which they were told there were no extra fees. I feel like i was robbed and am never going to contact this business ever again.

  Ended up paying $485 to get back inside my house after being locked out because the guy who came said my lock ‘couldn’t be picked,’ and had to drill through it. Out of curiosity, a friend of mine tried to pick the lock a few days later and easily unlocked it with only a credit card. Waste of money, I was definitely ripped off. Try your luck picking the lock yourself before calling these guys.

  I used one of their locations at Ralphs. It's so convenient, fast, and great for when you are in a rush. I've never had a problem with any of the keys that I've copied there.
