I used the kiosk to make 4 copies of a key and found the process pretty straightforward and reasonably prices (buy 2, get 1 free, plus a discount on the 4th key). The machine does take a while to make that many keys (5-6 minutes, I think) and the location isn't ideal for standing around, but I was able to step to the side a bit and still keep an eye on the machine as it spit out one key at a time. It was great to have a non-contact option to get keys made during social distancing and I loved being able to save the key with my fingerprint to make more as needed.

The machine is placed in a busy corridor where you can expect 10 or more people with loaded shopping carts brushing past you while you try to navigate the menus and then wait for the machine to do its thing. The interface doesn't appear to be ADA compliant, in that there was no braille on the screen. The interface seems to have been worked over by someone in marketing trying a little too hard to get promoted. I just want to tell it how many keys I want and then have it cut my keys. Instead it does this weird thing where it says that it's selling me 2 keys and giving me 1 "free," and then it tries to upsell me on another key that I didn't want while I was trying to get the thing to just start copying my key. The cutting part went quickly enough, but each key ended up with shavings lightly attached that I had to scrape off with my fingernail. The keys all have "Minute Key" branding engraved in them. I'd rather my house keys not have advertisements on them. In spite of all this, the price was reasonable, and the keys all worked. 3 stars, but next time I'm going to look for a key copying service that isn't as downright annoying.
