  My car locked itself when started to warm up and clean off frost. This is expensive service for someone on social security like I am, and it took 45 minutes for locksmith to arrive. It was quite stressful to wait that long when the car is running. The locksmith was very friendly and didn't take long opening my car.

  The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. He informed that after the call ended, I would be getting a text message regarding the person who was coming to help me get into my car (I had locked myself out) and an ETA. He said I would not wait less than an hour, but it should be less. Well, after almost 20 minutes of messages that said it would update me in another 5 minutes, I received a text saying that no one was available to help me. My phone was nearly dead and fortunately I was able to find another locksmith to help me before my phone died completely, but it was very frustrating to have wasted all that time waiting. They need to find a better option for knowing whether or not they will be able to help a customer instead of leaving them waiting on a service they cannot fulfill.
