I used the KeyMe automated kiosk inside the Smith's grocery store in Syracuse, Utah to make two copies of our house key. The price was okay, and it was very convenient to use, since the kiosk is close to our home. The keys work great! I did pay the $2 additional fee to have the keys ground down a bit to make them function better in the lock. I think that was probably helpful in having the keys work as well as they do. I recommend that little addition. Thank you for providing this service.

Alright so I only called to see about getting a spare key made for my car. I have one and would like and extra just in case. They don't have a physical store. The technician has to come out and its a fee right off. Plus parts and labor. Looks like they cost a pretty penny. If you're locked out of your car or something I would recommend calling AAA. These people are going to price guide you.

Pushy and rude. Called for a quote, they started running me down their sales process before I was ready. When I told them I'd call back, they wouldn't end the conversation, so I told them "Thank you, I'll call you back." and cut the line. I was then called by them 7 times. I answered the last call and told them that when I was ready I'd call them, and they hung up on me without a response. Then I get called by their technician who then asked if I needed a service, and when I responded I wasn't ready got hung up on again. I know you want my money, but you can treat me with a little more respect to get it.
