  not 24/7. called me back half an hour later and told me a tech wouldnt be available until 10. a guy finally showed up at 1230 and had no idea what service I requested in the first place, so he ended up not having a part he needed. he said someone with the part would call soon. it's 2pm and nobody has called. beyond upset.
