At first they charged $350 but then lowered it to $229. Got the door open but is way too expensive. If I was given the option I would give it zero stars. Last time I got my door open they charged $160 which was more reasonable.

Amazing customer service. I had multiple keys made, but the machine blanks were the wrong kind. They sent an email survey where I explained the problem and was given a refund for the failed keys. Definitely helped me not lose faith in those kiosks. Will go back for a first attempt if I need keys made again.

Great customer service if there is a problem. I had an issue and thought it was gimmick. But it is 100 satisfaction guaranteed. Will definitely trust them. But I will stick to making regular house keys. I had issue making copies of pad lock
