  Couldn't get keys made on the spot, altho I'd used a similar automated key kiosk in another stare where you got them immediately. So that was inconvenient, waiting 4 days to get keys. Got 3 keys and only one worked. While they did refund credit for the 2 keys, it was a waste of time and money. I should've just gone to my local home depot..would've been cheaper and key s would've been in my hands that same day.. Definitely not worth the time, money, and hassle

  The key was made from aluminum, which I did not expect at all, but it looks great and most importantly: it works perfectly fine. No complaints.

  I needed to make a copy of my house keys for the granny. Right after work I went to go make them and they were done in under 5 minutes! That is the quickiest I've ever been serviced to get my key copied!
