  Waited around for 2+hours on somebody to call me back and never did despite me calling them back another 4 times to just be told the same thing, to wait just a minute and that somebody would call me back within minutes for an ETA of their technician who never showed up. No reliability nor sticking to their word and timeliness. We had to have a CSO come out to assist.

  We lost our spare key to our SUV a few years ago and didn't replace it because of the cost thru dealership. When I saw your kiosk in Bed, Bath and Beyond, I decided to try it. My key was copied and sent to us in a few days. It was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone!

  HORRIBLE SERVICE RUN DON'T WALK - was told 35 minutes late. Hour and 10 minutes later after several attempts calling technician, he says 20 minutes. Couldn't reach anyone at office. Over two hours later no communication, once I finally speak to him he's been doing other calls!! EXTREMELY rude on the phone. Denied service. Next company was here in 25 minutes.
