  Car battery replacement was super fast and convenient, and had the best price when I compared online. Looked up required battery online, ordered and paid for it, scheduled free installation appointment. Took only 10 minutes for the tech to install it. Thanks!

  I've been burned twice at this store. My fault for going back I guess. First time I brought my wife's phone in to have the screen replaced. They did replace it, but the sound quality post repair made the phone unusable. The owner was nice enough to give me $50 bucks back though. This time I went in to have a key fob made. First time I went in I explained I already had the replacement fob, just needed it programmed and cut. Cost is $45. They explained they had to get a "skim code", and that would take a day or two. 3 days later I called them to see if they had it. They didn't, but got it shortly after. I went in 2 days after that (30 minutes drive each way) Guy says it's going to be $70 because I didn't buy the fob from them. I've been down this road before. They don't even know how much it costs, they're never going to get it right. I called an automotive locksmith after, he met me in a home depot parking lot where I was shopping, programmed the fob and cut the key in under 10 minutes. $70. Money will spent. Stay away from this store unless you literally need a battery or bulb.

  Getting outstanding customer service always brightens my day. Today is already a better day because the service I received was top notch. An employee approached me to see if I needed help and not too long after that I was on my way out. She was knowledgeable and efficient.
