  Called for Father in law locking keys in his vehicle. Answered all their questions and was told that they had an available technician. 3 and half hours later, still no show from the technician. Mind you their business is in the same town of Chester. Called another company and they were there in 15 mins. Would not recommend at all.

  Horrible service. I called this morning at 6:10. Operator said a tech would call in 15min. Called back at 6:35. Something. Tech will call in 15min. Called again at 6:47. Same response.
