The first time I tried the machine the key I had made did not work, so they promptly refunded my money. I was so impressed with this that I tried it again, this time making sure I pushed the key in the slot more firmly. They turned out perfectly! And I love how they give you an option to keep your key data incase sometime you are locked out with no spare you can just go to the machine and enter your data and have a new key made on the spot. Such a great idea, undoubtedly started by someone who has been locked out before!

Forgot to get a neighbor's storage room key made while at Freddie's, on the way out saw the key-making kiosk. Boom, done in a couple minutes and works perfectly. Opposed to 15 minutes finding a random employee to then find a person who makes keys. !00% would recommend.
