  Locked my keys in my car with it running when I got to work, so I had to have a coworker bring me his store key. It was stressful to say the least. Precision Locksmith quoted around noon until someone could get to me, as I work around 10 miles south of them. To my surprise I had someone here around 10. Much cheaper than all the other places I called. Highly satisfied with their service.

  I too am having difficulties getting anyone to respond after my initial call and email request for service. I emailed Nicole younge at her request and never heard back. I followed up twice with SAM, both times via phone. one excuse was "we get 40 emails a day" HA! I wish i only got 40 emails in a day. The 2nd call he put me on hold for at least 3 cycles until I hung up. My request was for install of 2 latch guards .........

  Our business has used their services before and we were happy with it. This time is a completely different story. I contacted them about changing the locks and getting new keys for one of our locations. Everything started out fine. We started communicating about the job through text. Then, all of a sudden they stopped responding to me. I called their office and left multiple messages but never got a return call either. We've never had to beg a professional to offer their services. We won't be bothering them again.

  Saul, I know exactly which project you're talking about. I have notes of leaving a voicemail back on the 22nd and 28th for the phone number we have on file. I checked our text-receiving phone as well and saw there was a message opened without a response on the 1st, which I deeply apologize for. I am not sure if it was opened by someone else and I wasn't notified to schedule, but I will follow up on this as well internally to find out. Without providing too much detail about your project, we have the hardware ready to go, but needed confirmation on timing for keys to be distributed as you requested. If you would like to proceed, please call me directly. My name is Nicole, I'm the general manager and handle all scheduling for Precision and will get it taken care of ASAP.
