  My review will sound weird... I received a key but was not working. I made a phone call and the customer service representative was so kind to immediately refund the payment. Not sure if I will reuse the service, because I don't trust this technology, but I cannot complain at all.

  Ugh, where do I begin with key me. If you need any more than 1 key copied please visit your local locksmith. The machines take forever to make copies of even the simplest key. They may say it's to guarantee the key works but locksmiths have been doing so for years in a quarter of the time. You can literally put in a key to copy and proceed to shop because it won't be ready with any kind of urgency.

  I made 3 copies total of two different keys and none of them worked. They were nice enough to give me a full refund but I would’ve rather we had the keys work
