  The service was nothing short of horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited about 2 hrs for the locksmith to come which I wouldn't have mind if he knew what he was doing, but he didn't. He was at my house for almost 3 hrs and ended up blaming the lock on my screen door for the reason he couldn't re-key it. Which is strange because he made the suggestion to me! If you couldn't do it, then why suggest it?! Then when I paid him he claimed to not have my $5 in change which was a lie because he decided to give me $20 back since he did such a poor job and he handed me a $10 bill and 2 $5 bills. Not to mention he told me to re-key my locks it cost $30, so why are you only giving $20 back? So he lied to get a tip because otherwise he wouldn't have gotten one from me because it wasn't deserved! The supervisors are also not any better because one called me the next day asking how the locksmith did and I told him "terrible." He acted concerned and wanted pics of the work to see if there were "any damage" but I wasn't home at the time so he said he call the next day. Well he didn't, a woman did and I sent her pics. Her main concern was only to close out the job. But I still have a door which I can only lock from the inside so I can't leave out of my house this way. Do not call this company to do any lock services. I wish I remembered the techs name because I'd post this too! Avoid at all cost! What they should have done is corrected the problem free of charge, but I guess that's too much like right

  key came faster then i expected and they work. i appreciate yall because the key i needed was not in stock any where.

  Walked into a rite aid, used the kiosk, got them 3 days later and they work perfect. Didn’t have to deal with a grump over at Home Depot or Walmart.
