  I made 3 copies of a key (but 2, get 1 free). They were done within minutes. Quick and simple! All 3 keys fit into the lock, however none of them worked. I emailed customer service expecting a response days from when I reached out. Wrong! They emailed back RIGHT AWAY apologizing for the inconvenience and letting me know they refunded my money. No questions asked or hoops to jump thru!
