  Called a head to make sure it was okay I left my car there due to having a meeting. The man there told me that was fine and they could call me when it’s done. When I got there to drop the keys off the “head” lady knew nothing about it and seemed like it was a hassle I was dropping my car off because “it was only going to take 15-30 min”. Remind you I have a meeting starting and he told me it was okay. I asked her if she needed any of my contact information like my NAME and phone number to call me when it was done and she was VERY rude about it. She should probably look at the sign she has on the front desk and take her own advice before talking rudely to her customers. The sign read “Be Nice or Get Out”. She is not worth spending money to get keys done.Never told me to have a nice day or thanked me for coming in. HORRIBLE customer services.Also VERY over priced. Never thought two keys would cost so much.

  I am sorry you feel this way. I talked to BOTH of the girls and what you stated is NOT what happened. About the cost, we have NO control on what the newer car keys cost. Maybe you want to complain to the manufacturer.
