  2 out of 3 keys did not work. I contacted customer service via email about it. They responded rather quickly and issued me a refund for the 2 keys! I will be using their service again with confidence knowing that if I have a problem it will be resolved in a timely matter. Thank you KeyMe Locksmiths!

  They have taken advantage of me being locked out of my apartment with phone low on battery or my anxiety, or something else and charged $190! Just to open my apartment door in mid-day, on major route, regular call. One lock, latched on one click. By just widening the gap! No shame in their workers.

  The machine was pretty much out of keys. They were suppose to send me a key but there is no way to track it. Ki he's waiting on a surprise at this point.
