The kiosk worked great where I got an RFID key copied, and the physical key was mailed to me as specified and works great - thank you!

I called for a locksmith. Went through a long rigamarole over the phone. At one point I tried to tell the guy I would just call someone else. He assured me his guy could get there faster than the quoted 45 minutes from the other guy I called. After I got through the process and waited another 15 minutes for a text, it was quoted as an hour and a half later! I finally cancelled the order and chalked my 25 dollar cancellation fee as "stupid tax" on my part. Just call the local guy. So much easier and half the price!!
