I loved the kiosk. The instructions were clear and easy to follow (It did take a little force to press it all the way down). The only complaint that I have is the lack of a virtual button that lets you exit out of the session. Instead, you have to wait until it goes to the countdown screen and then wait until that ends to end the session. Still, aside from the key still having a little metal left that can be easily scraped away with your fingernail, the kiosk is wonderful!
