  I was shocked that this machine I found in a 7-11 actually worked. I was told that I may have a hard time getting a spare key made because my lock was so old, but I made two copies of the key and they both work! It’s definitely a little bit “tight” when I turn the key but I don’t care. It works. Plus, having the option to cut a new copy if I ever lock myself out is a nice safety net to have because I live alone. It’s given me peace of mind. KeyMe is not expensive and the keys work. Highly recommend.

  It's very convenient, to use, and the keys work without any problems. Sure, they cost a bit more than going to a shop, but for the sheer convenience? Worth it. And if they have an "oddball" key, they ship it to you free of charge.

  I'd never used this service before today. The price was a bit higher than I expected but the process was quick and easy. I was slightly concerned that the teeth on the new key didn't exactly match the original. Idk if this is a problem until I try the key when I get home. I am otherwise satisfied with my experience.
