  I ended up canceling after getting a run around. To start off, I called on April 30th 2021 and they had a locksmith to my house within an hour. Low and behold 2 and a half hours later the locksmith could not rekey my deadbolt because... he said he didn't have the right tools... so then I was rescheduled to today(monday may 3rd 2021) at 10am. Then 10:30am and no locksmith or a call. So I called. They said someone would be at my house by 11:30am. 11:45 comes, no call no show. Called Keyme back again... they tell me someone will be out within the hour.... 1:30pm comes.. no call no show... again... called keyme back for the third time... they tell me they have to reschedule for the 5th of May 2021 because they are waiting on parts.... wait? How are you waiting on parts when you haven't even been to my house or seen the lock... so I ask for a manager.... apparently they have no one higher than the person on the phone... from what the call center says. Anyways I ended up canceling my order due to lack of communication, courtesy, business experience and or ethics and customer service or care. Please shop elsewhere if you can.
