  Called to get a quote on a 2005 Toyota Prius key fob and first off the lady I talked to the phone, I couldn’t even understand her. It just sounded like a bunch of mumbling. Then she got my number to talk to a “technician” that called me surprisingly in minutes , he asked if my car was push to start and I told him yes and he quoted me $360 for a key!!! He also replied with a smart attitude saying Toyota will charge me $500 for new key (not true) and he was so rude about it and clicked on my face? Now I know key programming is not cheap , and it’s actually a really easy process if you have the equipment , I can even do it my self, but $360 not even from a dealer! I called Toyota and they quoted me $200-$300! So tell me why I wouldn’t just go the manufacture to get a new key then some unprofessional low budget locksmith who clearly is just trying to make a paycheck taking advantage of someone who needs help. It’s ridiculous. Don’t even bother , Just keep looking elsewhere or try calling your cars manufacturer and have them Quote you first. Cause at that price you might as well pay for quality service.

  Key arrived but still had metal particles attached to the teeth, which I had to remove, so not a clean cut, although the key did work.
