The locksmith made it to my facility the same day we called and was very thorough in his work, even though we added a couple of things after he arrived. I ended up with one lock that didn't work properly after the install. The company sent someone back to my facility within 15 minutes to resolve the problem. Excellent customer service.

I mean what could you possibly not totally dig about KeyMe? You have a variety of keys to choose from and I got a key free. They were shipped to my door in 4 days. I will tell everyone I know about Key me.

At first I thought it was going to be fine. But he broke the lock and the piece that goes into the door jam. When I questioned him he said there was no other way to do it. I thought why did I call you I could have broken the lock myself to get in. I will not use them again and do not recommend them to anyone. Then he charged me $250.00 for 15 minutes!
