  I'm giving 5 stars for their customer service. Please note that none of the 6 keys that I had cut worked. However, several people that referred me to KeyMe had much success. Really convenient locations and such wonderful customer service. The location I visited was in a Vons supermarket in San Diego. The Google listing did not have this information so I called the KeyMe customer service line. They answered immediately and guided me to the kiosk. The business model is amazing. This process is really easy and intuitive - really well built! Lastly, because none of the keys worked, I contacted customer service and let them know the problem. I was refunded immediately with their apologies. I will definitely try their service again in the future.
