  I tried to copy two keys, one worked, the other one not. I contacted their customer service: they offered three options: a free coupon, to have the key copied at their facility and sent to me or a refund. I chose the coupon and tried again but to no avail. Finally, I asked for a refund. I would say their machine is not very reliable (I guess it depends on the key you want to copy) but their customer service is excellent and very friendly.

  Hi Philippe, So sorry to hear you couldn't get your key copied, sometimes this happens. We perform maintenance regularly to avoid this situation. We do have kiosks in many locations, or if you have us cut them in-house we can get them to you quickly. Please let us know if we can help you any further.

  1 key worked, 1 did not. I was annoyed by being up-sold to pay more for keys that "work better." That makes it feel like it's a scam that now I've wasted $7.50 for a key that is useless with no possible remedy. This was my first time using Key Me. Next time I will walk a little farther to have a human do it.
