  I had an emergency and needed a locksmith to come right away. We could not get the door open and wasn't sure if it was the lock or key. We smelled gas in the building and really needed to check that apartment. Omar arrived in less than 10 minutes. He got the door open and let me know the issue with the lock. He was a great help during a very stressful situation. I will be calling him again next time I need a locksmith. Thank you!

  My experience with this company was EXCELLENT. They helped me tremendously after a different locksmith company (will not name) treated me very poorly and made me feel SO unsafe! Thankfully, Astoria Locksmith and Door (Omar is who I spoke to on the phone) calmed me down. Even though he was not obligated to be so patient and listen to me when I was emotionally distraught from my ordeal from earlier today he had no problem easily doing that for me. Omar treated me with kindness and professionalism - he saved the day. Omar sent Franco to my home not too long after our talk. Franco was also kind and professional. He did a great job and my locks are working again. And I was charged a very fair price! I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be referring my family and friends to them should anyone ever need their locks repaired or replaced. Thank you Astoria Locksmith and Door! You went above and beyond for me.
