  Excellent customer service. First of all, I've use their automated machines before and they cut perfect keys. This time there were problems with unacceptable raggedness of the key edges. I called the company and told them that I was rejecting the keys. Within the same day they emailed me back, texted me, refunded my money, and recommended a machine at a different location that was not out of order. I was super impressed with the customer service, and with the exactness of the keys I bought on a previous occasion.
